I wasn’t totally sure where to look at first, but somehow I found what I needed quickly. The site was easy to get around once I got my bearings.

I had a question and, they got back to me really fast. Super easy to deal with... no hassle, no back-and-forth headache, just helpful and straightforward.

I was really happy with how easy it was to find every needle size I needed. There were lots to pick from, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish

I ordered a few needles and some tiny sewing odds and ends from colonialneedle.com, and everything showed up in good shape. The needles were straight, the little packets weren’t scuffed up, and even the corners of the packaging looked clean, which I always notice for some reason.
The only thing is the box felt bigger than it needed to be, and there was quite a bit of paper tucked around everything. I appreciate that nothing shifted around or got damaged, but it did feel like a lot for such small items. Still, it was easy to open, neatly packed, and I’d order from them again.

The needles feel sturdy and well-made, and overall I’m happy with them. They’re not absolutely perfect, but they do the job nicely. I’d probably keep using them rather than risk buying a cheaper set that feels flimsy or ends up being a waste.

The shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating. That said, everything showed up in good condition, so I can’t complain too much. Overall, it was okay, just not especially quick.

I placed the order while I was doing a bunch of other errands that day, so I wasn’t paying super close attention after checkout. But everything arrived just how I ordered it, with nothing missing and no weird mix-ups. Straightforward experience, and it showed up when expected, so I’m happy.

I ended up needing to return a needle pack because it wasn’t the right one for what I needed, it was straightforward. In this kind of situation I mostly just want the refund handled without a bunch of back-and-forth, and that’s exactly what happened. The money came back quickly and I didn’t have to keep following up, so I was happy with the experience

Like, I checked a couple other places and was fully prepared to be personally offended by the cost, but these were actually reasonable. The quality was solid too, not some flimsy nonsense that makes you regret everything immediately. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it also didn’t take forever. Overall, I feel like I got a really good deal, and I’d definitely order from them again.
